What is included in the monthly price?
All utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site receptionist (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm), climate control (HVAC), CCTV security, mail & package receiving, 24/7 keyless access, fully furnished spaces, daily cleaning, breakroom/kitchen access, restrooms, printing services, meeting rooms, and soundproof phone booths are included in your monthly price with no extra charges.
Is there a deposit?
No. We do not require security deposits to get started at WhiteBox Space.
What is the minimum term, and how do I cancel?
There is no long-term contract. Membership is month-to-month and paid at the start of each month. Cancel any time before your next payment and you won't be charged again. The month you've already paid for is not refunded, and your space stays yours until it ends.
How soon can I move in?
The same day. Book a tour, pick your suite, and you can move in that day.
What is a module?
A module is a piece of furniture included in your rent: either a desk with a chair, or a storage rack. You choose the mix. The Private Suite and Retail Suite include 2 modules (2 desks, a desk and a rack, or 2 racks); the Team Suite includes 3.
Can I access my space after hours?
Yes. Members have 24/7 access to their space with smart keyless entry. Our front desk is staffed Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
Can I use WhiteBox as my business or LLC address?
Yes. You can use WhiteBox as your business address, including for registering your LLC.
Is there parking?
Yes. Parking is free for members and visitors.
Are there any additional fees?
No. Prices are all-inclusive as published ($600/month for the Private Suite, $1,300/month for the Team Suite, $1,800/month for the Retail Suite). Prices do not include applicable sales tax. There are no setup fees or hidden surprises.
Can I receive my own customers at the space?
Yes. All WhiteBox private business spaces are designed for professional client visits. The Retail Suite also has its own storefront and private entrance.
