We work to keep pricing, availability, photographs, dimensions, amenities, and other details on this website accurate and current. Even so, this information is provided for general informational purposes and is subject to change without notice.

Nothing on this website is an offer, a reservation, or a guarantee that a particular space, price, promotion, or amenity is available. Prices shown do not include applicable sales tax unless stated. Promotions may have conditions and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

A space is reserved only when we confirm it in writing and any required agreement is signed and any required payment is made.

4. Inquiries, Tours and Bookings

When you submit a form, book a tour, or otherwise contact us through this website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, and to keep it updated.

Tour appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. We may reschedule or cancel a tour, and we ask that you tell us if you cannot make one. Submitting an inquiry does not create a tenancy, a license, or any other right to use a space.

5. Communications and Consent

When you give us your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry, your tour, and your account by phone, email, and text message.

If we text you, the Text Messaging Terms in our Privacy Policy apply. We use text messages only to reply to you and to handle scheduling and account matters, and we do not send marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop them. Receiving texts is never a condition of purchasing or renting anything from WhiteBox.

You may opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message. We may still send you messages about your inquiry, account, agreement, or billing.

6. Acceptable Use of This Website

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate anyone
• Submit a phone number or email address you are not authorized to provide
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, our member portal, our systems, or any account
• Interfere with or disrupt the website, including by introducing malware or by overloading our systems
• Scrape, harvest, or use automated tools to collect data from the website without our written permission
• Copy, reproduce, or republish website content except as allowed in Section 9
• Use the website to send unsolicited commercial messages

We may suspend or block access to the website for any user who violates these Terms.

7. Member Portal and Account Access

Some parts of our site, including the member portal and contract signing tools, require credentials or a secure link. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and any contract link confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account or through a link we send you.

Tell us right away at Info@whiteboxspace.com if you believe your account or link has been accessed by someone else.

8. Payments

Where we accept payment online, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment information and to keep it updated.

If you authorize recurring payments by card or ACH, you authorize us to charge or debit the account you provide on the schedule described in your agreement, until you cancel in accordance with that agreement. Fees, late charges, and returned payment charges are governed by your Membership Agreement.

Payment card and bank information is handled by third-party payment processors. We do not directly store complete card numbers.

9. Intellectual Property

The website and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, layout, and design, are owned by Whitebox LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The WhiteBox name, the WhiteBox logo, and “Your Space” are our marks and may not be used without our written permission.

You may view, download, and print pages from this website for your own non-commercial use in evaluating our spaces. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication, requires our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website uses third-party services for scheduling, forms, analytics, advertising, and payments, and may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT ON IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it is accurate, complete, or current.

This section does not limit any warranty or obligation stated in a signed Membership Agreement.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHITEBOX LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and does not limit or replace the terms of a signed Membership Agreement.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Whitebox LLC and its owners, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of this website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

This website is operated from Texas and is intended for users in the United States.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and post the current version on this page. Your continued use of the website after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
